30 minute sessions include —

  • Being guided in a handful of simple movement and breathing activities; invited to only do what feels good to you.

  • Looking at illustrations that show the anatomy of our bodies and how the brain and central nervous system get fed, cared for, and supported through simple movements.

  • Sharing which practices feel good and bring a little bit more ease to our bodies and how we might integrate them into our everyday lives.

The simple movement and breathing activities are shared in a way that can also be taught to children. People who live with, work with, and love children are invited to share the exercises with the little ones in their lives.
