Customize a Practice Group
Bring Supportive Accountability to an already established group or receive support starting a new group. Groups of 4-15 people who connect regularly with a shared purpose.
Established Groups
A book club, racial equity committee, team of educators, faith small group, deapartment, or any cluster of people that already have connections and meet for a purpose.
Initiate a New Group
4-15 people connecting regularly with a shared purpose. This could be parents exploring how to raise anti-racist children, work colleagues, or any group of friends, co-workers, or strangers committing to meeting with each other around a shared focus.
Partner with Experienced Facilitators
Facilitators bring focus, intention, meaningful questions, and offer processes to deepen learning, connection, and supportive accountability amongst participants. This is heart work.
Groups range in size from 4-15 people and are custom designed to meet the purpose of the group. Facilitators focus more on how the group interacts and how learning happens than on subject matter and teaching content. Facilitators also support with the necessary planning conversations to determine group focus, size, scheduling, and number of sessions.
