January 24th 6:30-8:00pm ET
These are intense times. For so many people. In so many different ways. We notice in our own lives, and with the people we get to be in relationship with, that we are not alone in our desire for meaningful connection and support as we navigate life’s unfoldings.
This is an invitation to offer ourselves 90 minutes to connect with and feel into our own observations, sensations, and thoughts and to connect with others who want to be of support and accountable beings in these times.
While these sessions are not specifically focused on anti-racist/oppresive topics of accountability, the facilitators are rooted in such a lens. This invitation to breathe, pause, and come together emerges from our perception that being present and slowing down to witness and turn towards what is going on inside ourselves and connecting with others around the rawness of what-is, is a necessary part of “doing the work” to show up in liberatory and loving ways. These virtual sessions are hosted by Bianca Gragg and Ashley Cooper.
